Refundable Items
- Time Limit:
Returns are accepted within 10-12 business days from the date of delivery. - Defect or Damage:
If the product is damaged or defective, we will accept the return.
Please email photos of the product showing the defect or damage to Sales@budsautoparts.com before processing the return.
In such cases, we will refund the full amount. - Side Issues:
Buyer-side issue: If the wrong is ordered by the buyer, 30% of the payment will be deducted from the refund.
Seller-side error: If we deliver the wrong address, the full amount will be refunded, and the product must be returned. - Product Condition:
The product must be returned in its original condition and with similar packaging. - Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment (Zelle, Cashapp, Chime, and Apple Pay).
Processing time is 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
Although we offer free shipping worldwide, the original shipping charges we incur will be deducted from the refund amount.
